Boy injured after being struck by car

WKTV reports that a teen is injured after being struck by a car while he was riding his bike in a Utica auto accident.

According to police, the 13-year-old was riding his bike on Kossuth Avenue when he was struck by a Jeep Cherokee driven by a 39-year-old female.

The boy is in critical condition following the Utica auto accident. A reconstruction team was on the scene of the accident, and the Utica auto accident remains under investigation.

Falling asleep at the wheel: accident or negligence?

The Post Standard reports that a mother and her two children were taken to the hospital following a Watertown auto accident. Their vehicle was side swiped by another car whose driver fell asleep at the wheel.

The Watertown auto accident happened on State Route 3. A 20-year-old female was driving a Jeep when she fell asleep and crossed over into the westbound lane. After he swiped another vehicle, his Jeep rolled over and landed on the shoulder.

Five people were transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries following the Watertown auto accident. The driver who caused the Watertown auto accident was issued a ticket for failure to keep right and not wearing a seat belt.

Man killed in Smithville auto accident

WBNG reports that a 20-year-old man was killed when he fell of the back bumper of a moving vehicle, causing a Smithville auto accident.

The man was standing on the back bumper of the vehicle as it traveled uphill on Round Pond Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the New York auto accident.

The driver has been charged with criminally negligent homicide, driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The New York auto accident remains under investigation.

According to WKBW.com, the Buffalo auto accident occurred on New Babcock Street.

The 20-year-old was riding his motorcycle when he slammed into the NFTA bus in Buffalo. He was killed on impact.
