The Buffalo News reports that a man was charged with a felony driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child, following a Buffalo auto accident.
The Buffalo car accident happened around 6pm on Hemstreet Road. The man was driving with his 7-year-old son in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
